Profhilo is a high-purity hyaluronic acid (HA) treatment that provides deep hydration and bio-remodelling of the skin. Unlike dermal fillers, it does not add discrete volume; instead, it disperses evenly to improve firmness, elasticity and luminosity. At Omniya Clinic, our medical team uses the BAP (Bio Aesthetic Points) technique to deliver precise, natural-looking results with minimal downtime.

Profhilo is a stabilised, high-concentration HA formulation designed for skin bio-remodelling. Once injected, it spreads across the treatment field to:
Because it diffuses rather than remaining in a single location, Profhilo improves the overall quality of the treated area without altering facial contours.
Profhilo is a unique injectable treatment that delivers one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid (HA) available. It works in three key ways:
The result is skin that looks fresher, firmer, and more radiant, without altering your natural features.
Profhilo is ideal for patients who want to refresh and strengthen their skin without adding volume. It can help with:
Every patient is assessed individually, and Profhilo can be used either as a stand-alone treatment or combined with other options such as Botox, dermal fillers, or polynucleotides for a more comprehensive result.
Note: Profhilo is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Profhilo is a revolutionary skin treatment that enables your natural collagen and also your elastin; causing your skin to renew successfully, from within.
Profhilo is different to other injectable products; is not a dermal filler, and it has been specifically engineered for skin bio-remodelling. It is biocompatible as a result of the pure grade hyaluronic acid produced by bio-fermentation.
In large part due to the high purity (in addition to the absence of additives), Profhilo is considered to be a safer treatment than its counterparts, with reduced side effects.
There is minimal downtime for Profhilo, so you ought to be able to resolve your normal activities right away. Whilst the treatment is taking place, you will likely notice each insertion, but they will quickly diffuse and disappear.
After Profhilo, we recommend that you refrain from physical and sports activities for around 24 hours. We would also recommend you avoid going to a sauna or having a steam bath for a period of days and avoid having further cosmetic treatments for 48 hours unless guided by your treating practitioner.
We typically recommend 2 Profhilo sessions, 1 month apart, which help to achieve optimum results. In some cases, where there is problematic skin, you may require a 3rd treatment, 2 months after your second treatment. Your practitioner will discuss this with you at your consultation.
To maintain your results, we recommend 1 treatment every 6 months.
There are some tips that ought to help you get the optimum results from your Profhilo treatment:
With Profhilo you can expect to see increased firmness, elasticity and overall improved quality of your skin, with results lasting for 6 months or longer.
Profhilo diffuses over a period of 4 weeks after each injection, whilst stimulating four different types of collagen and elastin. You can expect to see improvements in your skin after 4 weeks, with optimum results after 8 weeks.
Following your Profhilo treatment, there is a chance that some localised lumps may appear, around the injection site. We find that these lumps will subside, typically 4-6 hours after the treatment, but do not be alarmed if they last up to 24 hours. Many patients do not experience lumps and swelling, and it does depend on each individual.
Please call us if you do have any concerns following your Profhilo treatment.
No. While both Profhilo and dermal fillers contain hyaluronic acid (HA), they are formulated very differently. Fillers are designed to restore or add volume in specific areas, whereas Profhilo spreads evenly through the skin to deeply hydrate and stimulate collagen and elastin production, improving overall skin quality rather than altering facial structure.
Profhilo is not injected directly into the under-eye area or forehead. That said, its ability to diffuse through surrounding tissue often leads to indirect improvements in these regions. For more targeted treatment of delicate areas such as the under-eye, your practitioner may recommend alternatives such as polynucleotides.
Results from Profhilo typically last around six months, though this can vary depending on factors such as age, skin quality, and lifestyle. Many patients choose to maintain their results with regular top-up treatments twice a year. With consistent maintenance, Profhilo can deliver long-term improvements in skin hydration, elasticity, and overall quality.
During your consultation, we will advise you on the best treatments and products to use at home.
