OmniJuve is a combined rejuvenation facial carried out at Omniya in Knightsbridge. One appointment brings together three stages: a light chemical peel, laser rejuvenation using the Cynosure Elite iQ, and LED phototherapy. It is used for dullness, mild sun damage, uneven tone and texture, and the early signs of ageing.
The stages are combined because they work at different levels. The peel clears the surface, the laser works on pigment, visible vessels and the collagen response beneath, and the LED stage supports recovery at the end. Products and laser settings are chosen after your skin has been assessed on the day.
Allow 60 to 75 minutes. Treatments start from £300. A patch test is required 48 hours before your first treatment. For neck treatment, ask about the Luxe option when you book.

Skin can look dull and uneven even when nothing about your routine has changed. Dead surface cells affect the way light reflects off the skin, sun exposure can show as patchy pigment, and small vessels near the surface can leave persistent redness across the cheeks and nose. Texture can roughen, and fine lines become easier to see.
OmniJuve addresses those separate problems in one appointment. Exfoliation deals with the surface layer. The laser is directed at suitable pigmentation and visible vessels, and the heat it delivers also prompts collagen and elastin production in the layers below. LED phototherapy finishes the appointment and supports the skin as it settles.
The two effects arrive at different speeds. Radiance and smoothness can be noticeable once your skin has settled. Changes related to collagen are slower, generally becoming apparent from around two weeks and continuing while a course runs.
At consultation, we explain what is likely to respond and what is not. Established laxity, deep scarring and volume loss sit outside what this treatment can reach, and your practitioner will explain this before recommending a course. Where another treatment is the better answer, we will tell you which one and why.
OmniJuve is generally used for normal, oily and combination skin, within Fitzpatrick skin types I to IV. Fitzpatrick is a scale describing how skin behaves in the sun and how it pigments; your clinician assesses this during your consultation instead of asking you to place yourself on it.
It may suit you if you would like to improve mild to moderate sun damage, uneven texture, early fine lines or a complexion that looks persistently red. Small visible vessels, also called telangiectasia, can be assessed and considered as part of the plan.
Some findings have to be addressed before rejuvenation treatment. Active or severe acne, inflamed rosacea and open skin lesions are treated first, and we will help you arrange appropriate medical care where that is needed. For mild congestion that suits a facial, OmniClear may be a better starting point.
If your skin falls outside types I to IV, discuss this with us at consultation. Laser parameters that are appropriate for one skin type are not automatically appropriate for another. We assess before agreeing to treat and explain the alternatives available to you. A skin analysis appointment is available for a fuller assessment before choosing a treatment.

Your appointment begins with your skin and what you would like from the treatment. Your clinician asks about medical history, medication, your skincare routine and any previous treatments or reactions, then explains the proposed approach and takes written consent. There is time to raise concerns before treatment begins.

During the laser stage, mild warmth or a tingling sensation is usual. Your practitioner checks your comfort as they work and adjusts settings where needed, so tell them how it feels. There is no planned downtime, though your skin may feel warm or look red afterwards. That generally settles within a few hours. Some skin takes longer, and we account for that when planning your appointments.

OmniJuve Luxe is the full facial with laser rejuvenation extended to the neck. It also adds a facial massage, eye and lip masks, and a neck and shoulder massage. The massage encourages circulation and supports lymphatic drainage, and may make puffiness look less pronounced. Luxe is the better option if you would like the neck included or prefer a longer appointment.
OmniJuve Express is a 60 minute appointment covering the core rejuvenation steps: deep cleansing, gentle exfoliation, laser stimulation, LED and finishing skincare with SPF. It works well as maintenance between full treatments, and most patients return to work the same day.

For a fuller improvement we usually recommend a course, with appointments three to four weeks apart. The number of sessions depends on your skin and what we are treating, and is agreed with you at consultation.
Initial changes in tone and texture can appear quickly. The deeper response generally starts to become apparent from around two weeks, with further improvement as the course progresses. Results vary between patients, and your home skincare and daily sun protection remain an important part of the plan.
Once a course is finished, maintenance is commonly two to three appointments a year. We review how your skin has responded and suggest an interval that suits you, instead of booking everyone onto the same schedule.
A patch test is carried out 48 hours before your first treatment. This is an important safety step. It shows how your skin responds to the laser settings we are considering, so first appointments need planning slightly further ahead.
Tell us about any medication that increases sensitivity to light, and about any use of oral isotretinoin or another oral retinoid within the last six months. We also need to know about allergies, previous reactions to skincare or clinical treatment, and any recent skin treatment. Keep taking prescribed medication unless your prescriber advises a change.
Avoid sun exposure and self tan before treatment. If you use retinoids, exfoliating acids or other strong actives, your clinician will explain whether to pause them and for how long. If you have an event coming up, tell us the date when you book. We can allow for the patch test and leave enough time for redness to settle, which matters most before a first appointment, when you have not yet seen how your own skin behaves.
Keep your skin protected from the sun and follow the aftercare you are given. Your clinician will tell you when to restart active skincare and when you can return to exercise, saunas and other sources of heat.
Temporary warmth, redness and occasional mild swelling are the usual effects. Less commonly, laser treatment can cause blistering, burns or lasting changes in pigmentation, and scarring is a rare risk. Assessment, patch testing and appropriate settings are how those risks are reduced, and your practitioner discusses them with you before you consent.

OmniJuve is useful when you would like a light peel, laser rejuvenation and LED within a single appointment. It sits between a hydrating facial and a more intensive device-led resurfacing plan: more targeted than a facial alone, while still designed around minimal planned downtime. A lighter treatment achieves less per session than a deeper one, which is why courses and maintenance are part of how it is planned.
A chemical skin peel can be chosen at a depth matched to your concerns, and a stronger peel works at greater depth, with a recovery period to match. LED light therapy on its own supports skin quality and recovery. Our broader laser skin rejuvenation options use different devices and settings according to what is being treated.
If pigmentation, redness, sun damage or a more visible change in tone is the main concern, BBL Hero and Moxi or HALO may be discussed instead, depending on your skin, the depth of the concern and how much recovery time you can accommodate. If texture, pores, acne scarring or collagen remodelling need a firmer approach, Morpheus8 may be more appropriate. Where lower-face firmness or early laxity is the separate priority, XERF should be considered separately from OmniJuve.
