Pre-Care Advice

  • Dyeing your brows
  • Invasive facials or LED treatments

  • Alcohol or Caffeine
  • Painkillers

On the day of treatment:

To help prepare your skin for the best results:

  • Use gentle products on the treatment area
  • Do not use any retinols, Vitamin C serums, or acids
  • Gently exfoliate the treatment area in the lead-up to your appointment
  • If you have skincare that works well for you, do not change it to avoid potential reactions or sensitivity

Post-Care Advice

Please be aware that the healed results of your treatment are entirely dependent on the condition of your skin and your diligent adherence to the aftercare instructions. If your skin is dehydrated, rough, sensitive, bleedy, thin, etc., optimal results may not be achieved.

Failure to follow the correct aftercare can lead to poor pigment retention or patchiness. Therefore, please ensure you are able to carefully follow the provided aftercare instructions.

Important Note on Top-Up Appointments

If you need to reschedule your 6-8 week complimentary top-up appointment, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the complimentary session. If you wish to rebook after this, a £95 fee will apply.

On the first day:

  • Within half an hour of treatment wipe the brows gently backwards and forwards with sterile water
  • Pat dry and apply a very thin layer of cream after - do not over saturate
  • Repeat this process every 2 hours between 3-5 times (until the excess pigment has been removed and the cotton pad has no pigment residue on it after wiping)
  • If your appointment is later in the day, then carry on when you wake up

For 7 days:

  • Apply a thin layer of cream when the brows look or feel dry - do not saturate them
  • Wipe the brows every evening followed by a very thin layer of balm

For 14 days:

  • Keep the brow area as cool and as dry as possible
  • No gym, saunas, steam rooms or swimming pools
  • Keep the brows out of direct sunlight
  • Apply a pea-sized amount of gel on the brows in the evening for 7 days after treatment
  • Do not pick or scratch the flakes
  • Do not get the brows wet

PMU Infection Control

  • Make sure to use a new cotton pad or bud with every wipe or use of balm
  • Always wash your hands before every wipe
  • If you are getting a build-up of product on the brows, you are using too much
