Alex is Clinic Manager at Omniya and central to the clinic’s functioning. She oversees the running of the clinic, working closely with practitioners, front of house, medical administrators and operations to make sure patients receive a consistently high standard of care.
Alex’s role covers a wide part of the practice, and she takes pride in making sure the clinic runs smoothly, but also that it feels personal. Patients are welcomed properly, appointments are prepared for, and the details of each visit are handled with care.
Having worked closely across the full breadth of services at Omniya, Alex understands how each part of the clinic contributes to the patient experience, and helps keep those standards consistent from one visit to the next.
